The Palace Schoenbrunn in Vienna Austria. It was an unusually cold day for summer and suddenly, it rained heavily for a few minutes and that took everybody by surprise. After the rain was gone, there were puddles of water and this is how it looked like with dark rain clouds in the sky.
The image is processed with curves adjustment to bring out the contrast. The quickest way to enhance an image is to apply the contrast and or saturation adjustment locally to the desired areas. A rough selection of the desired area can be done with a feather of 40-50% and adjustment applied to it with an adjustment layer.
